EB832 Amp Error

Yesterday I installed my new 2016 apex and after the EB832 firmware update, "AMP ERROR" for outlets 6,7,8 was displayed in the EB832 display showing >11 amp used in each outlet even if no equipment is connected.

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?


I already tried updating the firmware again and deleting the module but the AMP ERROR still appears.

Contact support and they will give instructions on how to zero out the the EB832
