I can seem to get the 3 accessory ports on one of my EB832 to work. I am trying to power a cor15. The return pump works fine when its plugged into the EB832 in my tank stand. when I hook it up with another eb832 nothing happens. neither accessory port is working even the one link ports.

Try port #8 and also on fusion assure outlet is on or has an on/off time and on auto

This is somewhat unusual as aux/1link ports are being powered straight from the 24v PSU, which also powers the main controller on the EB832. So on a standalone EB832 you can't have it working with LED status indicators on but no power on 1link/aux. This is of course, unless you have another power source over aquabus coming into the unit and powering the main controller independently.

So, yes, I'd suspect the 24v PSU inside, but first I'd verify by unplugging absolutely everything from the EB832 and plugging it into the wall outlet. If you don't see the neptune logo lighting up at all, the 24v PSU is gone. Otherwise, the problem is elsewhere.

all 8 outlets work its just the accessory links I agree I am going to call Neptune in the AM

The LEDs are powered by aquabus / 12V not the 24V PSU.
That's not correct. I've repaired too many of them to know.

Here's just one such example from my repair library:
