Well, I woke up to my wife running upstairs to ask me "what time do the lights come on and why is there no sound from the sump"

I have 2 x EB832's thankfully the one on the left has 1 MP40 on it, so it ran when the other one kicked off, not sure exactly when the other one died or had this issue arise, but thankfully I didn't lose anything and it would have been a very expensive night if I did.
Plugged the M1 into the other eb832 along with 2nd mp40. So I won't run the 4 T5's and ill just run the pair of XR15 Gen 4 Pros until I get this issue figured out.
I am up to date on all firmwares
I did not trip the breaker on the EB832 itself
The EB832 is making a whining noise, like a 1 second whistle, then stop, then 1 second whistle then stop. It is very weird, anyone seen anything like this before? I have a ticket into Neptune. The EB832 was purchased Nov 1, installed Nov 15. Nothing is near the tank, so no water, etc.
