EB832 Not Connecting

I pulled out all my APEX gear to go through and get up and running for a new system build. I reset the APEX brain and connected everything up. I have 2 EB832's that connected no problem. I have one that wont connect. I either get a slow or fast flashing orange light. I tried resetting the brain with just the non connecting EB832 connected, i have tried connecting and setting up a good eb832 and the switching over, i have tried every port and different cables. I still can not get it to connect. Anyone know any tricks?

If you use just the problem one and the brain head unit. Will it power it up?

No it just keeps blinking orange.

Im having same problem did you get it resolved ?
Mine wont connect and after being plugged in a few minutes my apex for some reason will shut down other ports on my EB8
