EB832 not powering up

I have an older EB832, says Intertek on the back, mfg date is 12/2018.
I had to replace it because it stopped powering up, yellow button does nothing.
When plugged in, no indicator lights turn on, no Neptune Logo light, nothing.
It does click every so often, so something is going on.
Is there a fix for this?

Hey guys, I need some help. I have an Apex EL and just found it has no power. I do not have a separate power supply to test the base unit but when I pull up fusion I get the following errors. Since my base unit is powered by the EB832, I think my EB 832 is what went bad. I can unplug...

Have ypu had a power outage lately?

Those older 832s have a tendency of frying the 12v psu. Luckily it's an easy fix.

If you're handy with a voltmeter and feel comfortable opening it up to test for 12v, then you can either replace it or do the capacitor upgrade.

@_AV is the expert on these things and worth getting his input.
