The cheap one i have came with 3 back flow preventers. Basically same thing they use for air pumps. To stop water from entering air line if you loose power. They never loose the siphon if installed in right direction.

The devices are same as you buy in any pet supplies box store. Look like 3/4 clear plastic cylinder. With a rubber flapper inside to stop the backflow. It attaches to the air tubes. Just need to be sure they are in correct flow direction. You can tell by blowing inside of then. One way air just blows through. One no air comes out. Some are clear so you can see which way the flapper seals off the device.

Thanks for the supplies. The doser looks great but I want to control dosing thru my RKE. As for the valves the seller responded that valves should have been included with the pumps but weren't shipped. I'll look for them at the pet store.
