Eclectus mushroom looking sick

So my coral started to close up and look black in the center a couple days ago. At first I thought nothing of it, but it hasn’t gotten any better. My water levels are normal and it’s the only coral that’s not looking so good. And I thought they did better in dirtier water anyways. Any thoughts?
