Eco Smart live website vs. App

Hello,

Got a question. I’ve been messing with the EcoSmart live website and app. Just noticed that the intensity on the website and app are different about 4%. Am I doing something wrong? I am runing the SPS AB+ program max at 40% with acclimation starting at 25% for 4 weeks on a JBJ 45. Lights is mounted on the RMS and tank depth is about 19 inches.

Web interface says 7:40pm and the app says 6:43. By the time you got the web interface up it looks like your lights have started the ramp down.

The point on the website shows the point at 7:40 pm with an intensity at 36% but the app at 7:30 pm shows 40%. Forgive my ignorance. This is the first time I’ve ever done this.

I use Chinese black boxes so I've never played around with that application personally but I thought I saw an issue so I posted. I'm sure someone that knows that app well will come along and help you out.

Just got off the phone with customer service and they said it’s an app issue that they weren’t aware of till I brought it up to their attention. Also stated to go off the website. There will be an update/fix to the app in the near future.
