Two different new MP10QD, either will connect to the Möbius app, updates fail, firmware updates are a “retry”.
My understanding for a distributor is that there is a lack of RF cards. It was first thought I had a faulty R& card and was provided a replacement system. Does anyone know if Ecotech is actively shipping new units without the RF cards?
Ive yet to open the unit it... but will likely have to, as I can’t see any reason why 2 new unit’s would not connect to Möbius...kinda stumped.
