Eco Tech Vectra battery backup booster problems

I am going onto my third booster for my Vectra battery backup. Did anyone else experience this problem? The booster changes from a solid green light to a pulsing green light indicating a problem. When there is a power failure the Vectra does not work. I'm starting to feel like a beta tester!

I just experienced my first failure with the backup..the light on the power supply is flashing red to green. The booster seems to have a solid green light but the power supply stops flashing if I unplug it...Eco tech has been awesome. They sent me a new power supply...which didn't fix anything...a new battery....still not fixed... I will send another email and get a booster...and send the other stuff back...again, they've been great but It looks like the booster is the problem..

They Are good at replacing parts. They gave me a new vectra pump that did not solve my problem too. They seem to be kind of weak in diagnostic department. It would behove them to hire a few good techs that can troubleshoot much better than the current staff.
