EcoSmart Connection

Hi My name is Ken and I live in the UK this is my first day on the R2R site.

I have a problem connecting to EcoSmart Live, I can logon but it keeps telling me I am working of line.

I am using a pc with win 10 pro 62 bit O/S, Google Chrome is my default browser.

I have deleted and reinstalled connection manager several times but still have the same problem.

I have reduced the radion lighting on my template but because I am working off line cannot save it to my lights.

Have you tried contacting Eco-Tech, they are usually pretty helpful. I have some of their products but not the ecosmart link stuff.

Can you save your changes then program on the phone app? That’s how I have done it before

I had trouble connecting as well. I gave ecotech a call and they talked me trough it in all of 5 minutes. I forget for sure, but I think the reeflink prefers firefox as a browser. That may a part of your problem as well.

The problem in in your router... Ecotech can't find a port.. You will need to change the setting on the router. to any open port... had the same problem..

Ecotech was less then Zero Help btw....

I had similar connection problems - had to change browser and all worked fine. It was defaulting to Chrome (doesn't seem to like Chrome)...had to type in address in Firefox browser to support. Can't speak to other browsers.
