EcoSmart Live and G3 Radions - Program Freezing

Hello all,

I have 3 Gen3 Radion XR30 pros on my tank, and have them synced with the EcoSmart Live. The programming works fine sometimes, but most days it freezes. I have the lights set to turn off at 8pm and transition to blues for an hour. I came home last night at midnight, and the lights were stalled as if it was 2 in the afternoon. Anyone else having this issue? I have tried resetting the lights, resetting the EcoSmart live, tried reinstalling the program...everything I could think of.

see if it needs an update. i had the exact same problem. But i had tto call ecotech, and they had to force an update on my g2 pros. Sometimes during an update(nearly any updatable device can have the same occur) a faulty file could be downloaded and cause interference between live and the light. But after tthat call, I havent had any freezes or mishaps.
