EcoSmart Live App and Vectra M1

Hi I have set up a reef link and have got my M1 pump on the app but when you tap the pump icon..

The setting of the pump goes to 50% unless you intervene quick and turn it back to 100% ?!

How do you solve this ? I have calibrated the pump so don't understand why it defaults to a 50% setting when you go on the app ??

I have the same exact problem, until I get to talk to Ecotech support I just took the pump off the aquarium in ecosmart live. It still shows up in devices when I look for them, or when I go to change config. of aquarium. As of now I haven't found out how to stop it from slowing down(I have calibrated and played with it for a couple of hours) but since it's a return pump and I have an ATO I don't really need to change the flow except for feeding when needed. Otherwise it just runs very quietly at a constant speed. Doesn't help you I know but I'm calling support so maybe then I can(just letting you know you are not alone in the struggle).

Exactly I never need to change its power as that changes the level in my sump and messes with the skimmer level etc and ATO.

For a high end pump I'm so frustrated about this issue but the support here in uk for ecotech is hard work so yes i would appreciate you helping me solve this.
