EcoSmart live feed mode

I have searched everywhere and can't find an answer. How do I activate feed mode on my ecosmart live app. Shows a feed mode button on the app home screen, every time I press it nothing happens. I've tried holding it like you would on the controller and again nothing happens. I've been having to do it manually and I'd like to be able to use the app. Thanks

Update. Got it figured out. Moved the reeflink unit closer to the tank and did a reboot through my computer. Now works like a charm. Next issue is figuring out how to get one of the wet sides from falling off every night [emoji107]
