Ecosmart Live not working

Anyone else having issues with ecosmart live not working since they were updating the website a couple days ago? Mine hasn't worked since that night and I haven't received an email back from them yet as to what the issue is.

My access just checked in ok. It can be real flaky sometimes, I love the features but not the issues:mad:

Mine has been on and off since I got it. It's pretty annoying.
