I am posting this here since it's Saturday so ETM is not available for help right now.

My single Radion was off when I came down this morning. I'm trying to reprogram it via USB connection to laptop, logged onto EcoSmart live.

Ecosmart live shows a time in the top banner that is 10 hours and 34 minutes too early, and even though I try to reset it to current time, it stays "stuck" at an earlier time (though time advances along with current time, so it is constantly stuck 10:34 too early as time progresses). I deleted profile on EcoSmart Live and set up a new profile, and told it I am in Eastern U.S. time zone, so I don't know why it is stuck in a different time (and not even an even number of hours difference, at that).

The light had no power to it for several days, and information for the light (under the circled i in EcoSmart live) says "Clock Power: No", but I don't know what that means or relevance, if any. The light is maybe five or six years old, so perhaps the internal battery that holds time when power cuts off is dead????? The light cycled properly up until just yesterday/today, when I re-powered it after three day hiatus while I was moving tank.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

You, too?

At least tonight I was able to override the time on esl and, it appears, get the current time to “stick.” Will be interesting to see whether the lights are on as they should be in the am and cycle off when they should tomorrow.

I had that issue with a older ( 2011) gen 1 that was upgraded to gen 3 a few years ago.
It was used as a back up and was usually sitting on a shelf not plugged in.
Last time I went to use it, it came on just fine, but late that night I saw a glow coming from the room it was in and saw it was on.
The next day I logged into ESL and saw the clock was off by 11 hours.
No matter what I tried to do to change it, it's wouldn't take.
Finally I deleted the whole tank profile and created a new one with a new program.
Seems to have worked.

for now.

this is an older model, too.
I called ETM and the person who answered for support seemed like someone at a call center reading computer-based responses. Unhelpful.
Finally got it to take the time last night, but now trying to revise the program and it's just spinning and spinning and spinning instead of saving information to ESL. I have deleted profiles and even whole account multiple times, but it still keeps getting hung.
Sigh

I haven't called them in a few years, but when I did, I always asked for Alex.
He knew the system front wards and back wards.

as noted above, i deleted accounts multiple times and had signed up with multiple different emails. As it turned out, Connection Manager was logging into one of the earlier accounts and was not changing to associate to one of the later accounts. Switching to the "live" account cleared it right up.
