Ecotech customer service

Hey guys I don’t know what’s going on but is EcoTech Marine customer service still around ? They dont pickup calls, return emails it’s been well over 2 weeks and I’ve only received a survey about some girl named Kristen , regarding my RMA. I have to send in another unit but at this rate am I wasting my time? Do anyone know are they going out of business?
They have never taken this long

Where are you based? I have no issues here in the UK, although that's not through Ecotech them selves but the distributor (Xodis)

I would stay with trying to call them.
The last time I called, I got through, but it was fairly early in the morning.
I do know their CS is very pale compared to what it used to be.
I have not heard of any business issues.

Try the online chat once they open.

I agree their CS phone lines just ring forever, but was able to get a chat within a couple minutes.

After what hrs pulled on me a few months ago I won’t ever buy anything ecotech again
