Hi Just got Ecotech diffusers for my xr15 pro 4's, my question is my intensity was 55% before what should I ramp the intensity up to make up for the diffuser loss?

I have a diffuser on my XR-15 and love it. Run it 80% on a mixed LPS/SPS RSR170 on the Coral Lab template for a reference. No PAR meters here, just what seems to make corals happy and some attempt at interpolating from BRS measurements in their vids.
