Sorry for the inconvenience. Iowa recently enacted two amendments into law regarding the Iowa Consumer Credit Code (ICCC) that affect consumer credit transactions, retail installment sales, lending transactions, and motor vehicle financing made by supervised financial organizations outside of Iowa. These amendments present a burden for lenders across the country that want to conduct business in the state of Iowa. Affirm is currently engaging with the Iowa legislature and will update us on any developments as they occur.
