Would this light be too much for a 5.5 gal. tank? I'm using an old 20k floresent currently.

You could mount it on the ceiling, there would be lots of light spillage. Down side to that is everyone in your neighborhood will think your growing some extra cash crops!
If you win this light you should just buy a bigger tank!

I hope the draw takes into account IP->Account mappings to limit the number of fake accounts. Otherwise, this isn't fun or fair
