everyone said Ecotech good with tech support
i emailed to tech support almost a week but no response
what happen to their support?
 
Very disappointed in my recent experiences. Their live chat option has been unable to locate a representative and they never returned my help request.
 
Hmmm !! , that’s surprising as I’ve contacted them twice in the last year and never had a issue .are you sure your contacting them during biz hours ? Try calling them +1 (610) 954-8480 Please keep us posted .
 
I contacted them for support couple weeks ago and they responded in 2 days.
 
I contacted them via chat on mobius and got a fast response and issue resolved promptly. I couldn't have been happier with their customer service.
Oh darn I didn’t even think of that option. And I would assume that is one of there preferred methods to be contacted

i called few times during business hour no one answer, send them email no response
 
I’m not sure if this is the case, but everyone has heard the saying, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Maybe you did not use enough please and thank yous….
 
Customer support is pretty much non existent with any business these day's. I hate the chat option it's so impersonal.
 
It's also possible they're on vacation or not in the office for some reason this week. It's a small company, the customer service department is likely just one or two people. Frustrating for sure to not hear back, but I'd give it a little time and perhaps contact whoever you purchased the Ecotech product from letting them know the issue.
 
I've only contacted them once with a question. It was a month or so ago. I wanted to know about running newer devices on a reef link vs using Mobius. Even tho my request stated I hated Mobius and refused to use it I received an answer in 24 hours. Their answer meant I would not be buying any more ecotech devices but I still received an answer quickly.:thinking-face:
 
Contacted them Friday September 8 via texting their phone number. They got back to me within a week, requested my purchase reciept next day sent me the part I needed.(screws) perhaps they’re just running behind.
