Ecotech MP10/40 Waterbox Marine x 90.3

Looking for some advice between the Mp10 and MP40 for a waterbox marine x 90.3, anyone using either or multiples in this type of tank? Would one work fine in this size tank?

2x MP40 or based on their blueprint they call for 2x Nero 5
I use 2 MP40's on a 5' long mixed reef tank and 2 MP10's in a 2' wide SPS dominate tank for reference.
