hello everyone
anyone out there experience MP40 high heat on dry side
i have 2 MP40 setup as master and slave
master side high heat on dry side compare to slave side
and also often fail off, i used correct spacer corresponding to aquarium thickness
i asked Ecotech tech support for 3 days no response
please help

How thick is the tank you are using them on? Do you use the zipties and adhesive mounts to keep them from falling off tank?
