Um the fact remains that had I not filed a claim I would be in the same position as mfinn a month later and still you have not sent him the item he paid for or a refund.. sounds like a scam artist to me and someone I would advise other buyers to stay away from

How do you figure? You had tracking number and it had updated saying it shipped before you started the claim? So how would a claim changed the outcome of me shipping or not! You sound rediculous.

Buyers beware I had filed a claim also a few months back on a mp10wes I purchased from him, and got excuse after excuse and said je was going to make me wait till the last day of the claim to get my funds. And eventually I did get my refund . I also left negative feedback on him so happy reefing everyone

Yea I went thru a time when I was splitting up with my wife and messed up on shipping, but everyone got there money back.

Finn I talked to and he will be getting his refund in two days.

What UAB failed to mention is he filed a PayPal claim after 2 days, and also after having a tracking number that shows that the item was in transit. But once again easy to jump on that train.

1)I agreed to buy on Friday against my better judgment agreeing your sop story and why you NEVER SHIPPED THE PACKAGE the 1st time it was sold which was On a Friday.. I agreed to buy with the mutual understanding that it would be shipped on Saturday with tracking..

2)saturday excuses to why it was not shipped yet and tells me I would have tracking number Saturday evening guess what No tracking number

3 Sunday again you tell me sending tracking number shorty at 3pm at 430 you message and say your at the race track again you don't do what you say your going to do

1005 pm Sunday you send a tracking slip which any one could print off it still dose t mean the package is shipped
..I messaged you at 830 am Monday to ask if the package had ever been put in the mail no response all day and no change on the tracking number you provided so PayPal dispute was opened at 835pm because your history of failing to ship and the multiple times you had told me you would ship an item and never did

This was 902 pm after the dispute had been opened ups still said it was not shipped

Your a piece of work and someone I would never trust to buy or sell anything to adam
