For sale is a used 2011 ecotech MP40W ecosmart powerhead.
This unit is old and selling as is. I purchased it 3 years ago as a back up and never had it in my system once but the previous owner clearly used it a lot.
I just plugged it in, the controller lights up, the powerhead spins for a few seconds and then stops. The controller then flashes red. Im assuming it does this because its looking for a reef link and waiting for direction? Not sure. But i at least know both the controller and motor are good because of this.
