I have an MP10 on my nano cube. I have two MP40s and a Vectra L2 on my 130g which is cycling. Today I put my MP10 in Feed Mode And this caused my Vectra and MP40s to run half speed and at first I had no idea what was going on. Only when my ATO alarmed did I realize something happened, and I realized the MP10 sent a signal to the other devices and everything went into Feed Mode. This sent me into panic mode since I didn’t know this would happen. I do not have a Reef Link.

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Have you added the MP10 to a new tank profile or just got them all running together? You’ll need to add it to a new tank in Ecotech live so it runs independently.

Factory reset the MP10. This way it’s independent of the others. Somehow you might have linked them all. Only thing I can think of.
I’ll have to try that. It was my first time using feed mode in the nano since putting the other equipment on the larger tank.

I don’t have a reef link, and I think the “profile” you’re mentioning is in that interface correct?

The MP10 has been running for a couple years on my nano. Last week I installed the MP40s and Vectra on a new tank and this was my first time using feed mode on my nano since doing so.

Did You somehow linked them?
I run the vectras and MPs too, and they do not auto link.

If I did, I have no idea how I did it. All I did was plug in the equipment on the new tank.

Do you know how I could have even done that? Or how to undo it?

When I realized what happened I took the MP10 out of feed mode and all the other tanks equipment went back to normal too.
