Ecotech Poor Customer Service - Nyos Viper 5.0

I purchased Nyos Viper 5.0 as my main return pump. It stops working early January this year after almost 6 months of use. I reached out to Customer Service and upon multiple troubleshooting they decided to replaced it. It was already April and still no replacement. I keep on following up and they always say the same excuse that it will be available next month. Now it almost 3 months of waiting.

“ We are waiting on a shipment of these products. Once we receive these products in our inventory we will contact you”.

Anyone has the same bad experience?

Yes, I complained my Nyos 160 skimmer pump was making noise as the motor shaft was degraded. They dismissed my claim even if it was only after 10 months of purchase. Not happy at all with Ecotech’s customer service.
