EcoTech Pumps for RSR 250.

So my plans for a bigger tank got scratched. As a result I will be setting up my 250. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out regarding whether I should purchase a Vectra S1 or an M1? I did want to plumb a manifold so that I could run a carbon, GFO and Algae reactors. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What is your desired total GPH How much head height will you have on the pump?
