Haven't found too many great resources for custom Radion schedules and it seems like we've got quite a few members running them these days so I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread so we can share and ask for help from others since the configuration utility can take some time to get used to.

I'm not sure if you can upload the files or not on here, but if anyone has suggestions on where they could be stored we could figure it out.

If you post a schedule please try to be as descriptive as possible in the post to people know what to expect and include some brief information on what type of setup you're running and corals being kept.

Looking forward to seeing what some of you have come up with! I just got mine today so I've still got to play around a little before I find something worth sharing.

Alright, even though nobody bit, I'll post what I'm using now.

Mine is pretty simple. I keep the units on artificial but use the natural mode graph in the program. 32 foot depth color and intensity at 90%.

Has a very nice transition from morning to night and I don't have to play with percentage.

I do a ramp up to 20k in the morning, then to 12k mid-day w/chance of clouds, then ramp down to 20k late in the day, and then royal blues with a touch of red in the evening that slowly drops off to dark at mid-night.

I've been working quite late recently, so I don't get home until 10:00. It's nice to come home to the nuclear glow of fluorescing corals!

Once you get used to the config utility the programmability is fantastic!
Picked up one unit on Tuesday and loving it so far, but have one question.
How high would you guys hang this light above a tank thats 12"H? Thanks!

Hang it just high enough to get full coverage of the tank. You can adjust the lighting intensity from the software, so no need to raise lower the light for that purpose.

Each of my Radions lights a 2' x 2' x 2' cube of water and they're about 7" off the water.
