Ecotech Radion G5 XR30 Blue

I have been having a problem with one of 3 lights. It keeps disappearing from the App. Last week I called and they fixed it then again the other day it disappeared again. It's also showing a corrupt serial number. Today I called customer support and they are sending me a brand new one at no charge. This light is 2 years old and they said it was out of warranty. Thank you Ecotech.

It happened to me also. You have to send the old one back or you’ll be charged for the new one. It was an easy process. I’ve only ever had excellent customer service from them.
