Ecotech Radion XR30w error

Hello, I purchased 2 sets of Radion XR30w's earlier today and the fans start up but no light comes on. Is there any advice on what to do?

What Gen? I believe the fans come on when powered.
Have you tried connecting to Mobius?

charleyj they might be password protected, look up reset procedure for radions on google, this will do a factory reset and you should be good to go after that, depending on how old they might have the rf module in them, if not you will have to get these.
