EcoTech Radions not following schedule

I have three EcoTech Radion Gen2 lights and they are not following schedule. I have reprogram the radiant color template from there website twice. The lights are scheduled to come on at 12pm and off at 10 pm, but the lights are not turning off.

I don't wanna sound arrogant or anything but did you click on the "program" button?
That's the only thing I can think of.

Can you post a picture of your schedule?

It is the radiant color template they have on their site. It was showing at 1:30 on the graph to be off, but the lights were still on. I can post a picture later maybe.

Did you hit the save(program) button and see the lights turn off then turn back on? If you don't see them restart they have not accepted the change in the program. At least that is what I have learned the hard way.

exactly, plus in some of the preset programs there are moon lights that stay on for a few hours ( or longer, haven't timed it).
If you don't move the last 2 set points on the graph at the bottom all the way to your shut off time, or delete them, the lights stay on. ( at a very low power, but still on)
