Ecotech Reeflink problems connecting to Vortech MP10wES

I've done some research trying to find threads related to issues with Reeflink setup but haven't had much luck. My Reeflink is showing up in my EcoSmart Live account, but for some reason my MP10wES isn't being discovered. Keep getting "Reeflink found 0 addressed devices" and nothing happens. I've power cycled, made sure the firmware is updated, made sure there isn't any RF interference. Anyone know of another resource I can tap into? I've sent an email to [email protected], but haven't dealt with them before so not sure how quickly to expect a response. Looking at upgrading to a Radion shortly, so want to make sure I can get the running!

Did you have any luck? I've been trying all day trying to get my Vortech to be detected.... No luck.

I thought I had updated the firmware, but it had hung up. Once I got that to work, it was fine. Clear the memory, do a full reset, and then discover them by upgrading the legacy driver. It also only worked with my laptop versus my iPad when upgrading the legacy driver. The Ecotech support guys were a great help too.

Yeah it's nowhere as near as straightforward as I had hoped. I also disconnected my wifi camera, but not sure if that did anything. The support desk was pretty good, I'd email them too.

Make sure when you update the driver to disconnect ANY wireless connections near the vortech. This will usually interfere with the update half way through. My radions were causing an interference when I updated.

Per ecotech I had to do the following:
Remove pumps from ecosmartlive.
On each pump separately, press and hold Mode and Set
Then hit and hold set
Then press and hold mode and Option/power.

Then go to EcosmartLive and discover pumps.

There is a lot more to this Story but right now I'm biting my tongue to give them a chance to redeem themselves.
