Hello all,

Dont know if this is the right spot for this, so if not, MODS feel free to move.

I have 6 XR30 Pros, 2 XR15 Pros, 3 MP60s 2 MP40s and 6 M2 return pumps. ALL on the same system.

When I open the Mobius app, it shows all devices, However when I click on one it gives me a failed to connect error. If I sit and get frustrated long enough it will eventually let me make the adjustments, but I am quickly losing patience in that. I know what your gunna say, call support.. I did, He told me "that is strange". So after about an hour on the text with him, I gave up. All this started when I got the 2 XR15s, and I realized that I cant have them on the same settings as the XR30s, (100% of the 15s is different then the 100% on the 30s). So the only way I have figured out to get it to work is by putting each light on its own tank. Then I have to go in and change the settings for each light. Kind of a pain in the butt really, but it works.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what was the fix?

At the end of the day I would like to be able to set one setting for the display and 1 for the frag tank. But right now that's not what is happening.

The 15s are mere hours old and the 30s are just over a year.

Are they all G4s, G5s? I have two XR30s and a single XR15 on the same lighting schedule and have not had any issues since they updated the Mobius app.

Prior to that, I was essentially having the same issues that you describe, ie: having Mobius attempt to verify and resolve issues with between 1-3 lights, manually removing then re-adding the lights, performing factory resets, etc.
