Ecotech Vectra L1 ??? Help

So i have the old L1 being all white inner body and it will not full start.

I will Call C2 tomorrow but has anyone else have this happen

I have done a factory reset . Program to return pump mode. Set power outage restart delay to 1 min . And right when i plug it in the motor clicks and the impeller moves very very very slightly over 5 minutes it moves less than 1/4 inch I did a video but cant upload

Have you taken it apart and looked inside? They have a issue with melting inside the housing around impeller

Yes in have removed the impeller and cleaned I’m thinking is something inside the housing of the motor.

Yeah, this is very common. I went through three of them. They should do a full refund to anyone who sends them one. I have two sitting on shelf.

Thkx i spoke with C2 today and a new pump is on the way !
