EcoTech Vectra L2 Return Pump

Hello,

I have an EcoTech Vectra L2 return pump for sale. Details on the pump can be found here

Pump and driver are in great shape. I purchased the pump in November 2019, used for 4 months. No issue, pushes a lot of water! Kept in great shape, just cleaned and soaked. If you are very picky, might need a little more washing but its clean to the naked eye.

Comes with original box, the phrase "Overflow Supplies" is (poorly) written on the box.

The 1 1/4" output fitting was hard plumbed to blue 1 1/4" pvc pipe, see image. I included about 1' of this piping in the package. You can cut this and attach whatever fititng you want to the 1 1/4" pipe, its blue and matches the pump, looks nice. Otherwise I am sure ecotech sells the 1 1/4" fitting, not sure if the threading is different then any 1 1/4".

I am asking 375$ shipped. Offers welcome.

Just curious why did you sell this? I'm looking at the L2 as a new pump and just curious why others moved away and what did you replace it with.

I set up a new tank and went budget friendly, using Jebao SCP return pumps. I liked them so much I switched all my tanks to them lol. They are quieter that Ecotech and more powerful and of course less money The fittings can be weird but they come with various options and PVC piping is easy enough to reduce to fit what you need.

So yes basically, I sold this pump, bought 3x jebao pumps and still had money left over. I now use 2x for redundancy and have one on shelf for potential fail but they have been running without issue for almost year on diff tank now, no cleaning.

I also went away from name brands, its ridiculous how much value they retain, I bought that pump for 400$ and sold it for 375$ after using it in saltwater sump for 6 months! Thats just crazy to me, so I figure Id sell it before it eventually breaks, because everything breaks, doesnt matter the price and with 1 yr warranty, no thanks
