Ecotech Vectra M1 - initial startup - will not run

Hi,
I just completed my plumbing and plugged in my new Vectra M1 and it blinks red, then tries running for a couple of seconds, then blinks red. It just keeps doing this.

I have it running as a external return pump. I have a reef link running rations and MP40s. I went into EcoSmart live and was able to add the Vectra, but that didn't help.

Are the pumps self priming?

Any ideas? I have left a message with support.

Probably have to take it apart and make sure impeller can spinning freely.

Try a wet run, I tested mine it will not run dry.
