After I saw the versa in action at Jimmy’s house I went and purchased 2 of them at Kona reef on Monday. I had some time today to set it up and they both have bad seals by the push fittings. I used the provided barb fittings as Well as a 1/4 in hose used for RODI and both fail with the same issue. @Sisterlimonpot do you run into this issues as well? I opened a ticket with Ecotech today hopefully they send out the replacement connector soon. Kinda sucks and disappointed that both don’t work out of the box. Maybe I should have just a apex DOS units. :(

Sounds like you got a bad set, they will send out a completely new tube assembly with 2 o-rings in each.

I had the same problem on one of them but the other works fine.

Trust me when I say, you made the right choice, once you get past this little bump you'll discover that the DOS doesn't compare.

Here's what they will send you,
2 o-rings

And here's what's different, they added an extra o-ring to create a better seal... you must have gotten 2 older models with the single seal.

Got the replacement new tube assembly yesterday for both units and it is working without issues!
@Sisterlimonpot - question on the dosage setting - I currently set the dosing schedule as manual - doing 30ML with duration of 23:59:59 - now does this mean that it will dose 30 ML per day everyday or is that for a 1 time doing over 24 hour period? I am assuming this is for everyday but the app is not clear about this unless I missed something :). Also on the auto mode, it seems like it only allows for doing over 5 hours is this changeable or hard set? thanks in advance!

Wait, you have "Auto"? I thought they pulled that and everyone has "Manual" and "Constant". If you do have Auto, then I can 't help you because I lost access to that portion.

To answer your question about your schedule for 30ml over 23h50m59s in Manual, the answer is Yes it will do that all day, every day until you change the schedule.

Although Manual is designed to program multiple events within a 24 hour period. If you want to dose 30 ml in the course of a 24h period, Instead of complicating the schedule like you explained, you can program the versa to run Constant and set the rate to 0.02ml/min and it wont stop for the 1 minute to reset. Plus scheduling is so much easier.

simply do the math, there's 1440 minutes in a day, 30ml/day (30 ÷ 1440 = 0.0208). round it to 0.02 (You can input 0.0208 but it will round it for you) and you're in business.

Thanks for the reply Jimmy!

Seems like I have another problem with one of the pumps. I did as you said and the versa that I setup for calcium part is working fine. Set it to constant, and the green led light on the top right hand corner is blinking and the head is turning. The other pump set up for alk on the other hand is giving me problems. no matter what settings I program it to (auto, Manual, constant), it does nothing. The top right hand corner led is light is solid blue and the head does not turn. If I manually dose via the one time dosing option it runs fine. Also if I manually run the dosing heads that works as well. It seems like the issue is only with the dosing scheduling. called Ecotech to see if I can get someone on the phone to troubleshoot but I got the "we will email you some troubleshooting steps and if that does not help warranty replacement instructions" answer so it is bit frustrating at this point.... Not much information on the web and also no information on what the led light color indicates. I wish the Mobius app had some instructions or at least some setup video but it is what it is. Did Ecotech give you a run down on what the different color light means?
