Ecotech versa making lots of noise

I have a versa making a ton of noise, it is out of warranty so I took it apart. I have narrowed the noise issue down to the plastic gear in the housing. Is this a known issue or are all versas expected to become really loud after a year or two of use? The unit is out of warranty (as there is only a one year warranty included) so I'm just curious what I should do to fix this issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone have an STL file for the plastic gear within the housing that sits between the metal gear in the center of the motor and the outer gear on the part that squeezes the tubing?

What makes you say it's the gear? Do you see signs of wear?

Can you post a picture of the rotor? I'd like to see what type of bearings you have? I would suspect the bearings before the idler gear.
