Hello,
So when I lose power at home due to lightning or whatever. My ecotech reset back 0 for Alk and calcium. I run my Alk and calcium for about 11.5h then give the unit a break. So if in that time when it doses and power goes out will go back to 0 and start dosing whole amount again. Can somebody with versa unplug there's and see if this happens to them. Mind your schedule might go to 0. Contacted ecotech month ago and they stated that they working on software update but nothing. Wondering if it's just my unit and they are beating around the bush.
