Ecotech Versa problem

I've had a brand new stand alone ecotech versa dosing kalk for two weeks now and it was working like a charm until a couple of days ago. The pump is still spinning and seeming works fine but nothing comes out the other side. Nothing has changed from the time is was working until now. Any ideas? I checked the ecotech website for a troubleshooting guide, but there is nothing in regard to my problem.

When was this pump manufactured?

Did the tubing fall off the wheels? This is a known issue. Just one of many

Same thing happend to me on a versa doing auto water changes. It would spin, but nothing came out. I had to replace the inside tubing piece.
