Hello Fellow Reefers!
Anyone have an idea why my reef link can "find" my two MP10's QD Wireless, add them to my Ecosmart Live Account but they're "grayed out" when I try to program them? I have hard reset them and opened them up to make sure the RF module was installed correctly... When I go to device details it says "RF Status Disabled" ? Any help? Thanks!

took about half a dozen factory resets on the vortechs and reeflink. Not what I'd expect from an ecotech product but they're working flawlessly now. Thanks!
