Ecotech vortech Mp40w qd not working

I have a mp40 that's been in my 90g for a little over a year. Nothing has changed on it except I finally got it to connect to EcoSmart live about a week ago where I set up a schedual in it. The issue I'm experiencing is the pump seems to have no power. The pump is not running and the controller has no LED's on it as if it where not plugged in. I tried in plugging it and replugging it in and I tried moving it to a different power strip with no change. Any one with this problem? Or any idea on how to fix it. I'm waiting a few hours before I call ecotech so if anyone knows anything it would greatly appreciated.

Does the LED on the power adapter (not controller) light up when you plug it in?

The very first thing I'd look at is the power supply....they have been known to fail. Using a volt meter or multimeter, make sure it's putting out 24volts DC.

No it does no light up at all....

No clue how to go about fixing it. I'm sure you could find an affordable replacement adapter, maybe generic? But Ecotech should be able to get you the original one.

Yeah that's what I figured I hear hey have great customer service. The real issue is I leave for vacation on Thursday so I dont really have time to get a new one
