I am thinking of making the jump to LED's& was looking @ the EcoXotic Panorama. Just wondering if anyone out there is using them & any feedback would be aporeciated. Thanks in advance.

Steve

Not sure if they are the same, but I had a couple of the ecoxotic blue 12" strips that I wasn't very happy with.
Checkout reefbreeders leds.

I had 2 of the new panorama pro 12k whites and one RBG module all also 12" but I will say for the size & wattage and even the price they are very good. Now they are not quit as good as the company claims but compared to the true lumen pro LED strips which I had one that was all 453nm blue and the other was a 12k/453nm blue mix or "fusion" as its called they blow them out of he water hands down for price and how much light they give off.
I also have a 90 gal reef with 2 blue reef 120watt LED systems that had 14k white and blue & none of the ecoxotic strips are as good as one of those but they also cost $349 now $499 each whe I bought them. I then also have a 125 gal with just 3 20watt LED spotlight style in 14k for a total of 60watts and I have sps growing fine under them.

One last thing I had a 55 gal frag tank that I had a corallife 48" fixture for 2 150watt DE metal halides, which I then swapped for 3 ecoxotic pro modules 2 12k whites & 1 RGB and I also had a 36" marine fusion true lumen pro LED strip & a 24" blue true lumen pro. Now my sps frags were barely hanging on but were loosing color but it was pretty close to the MH's so hope that helps.
