All joking aside....I would go thru all of his older posts and get in touch with someone who actually received something from him and see if they still have the package with the return address on it. If they don't then maybe you can get some tracking numbers that were actually received and call FedEx or UPS and get the shipping details and his address. Call the detective at his local police department with all the details. If you find out he does own a pizza shop then you can play the role of Karma and place a bunch of large orders to bogus addresses and see if he likes losing all the money on wasted food. I'm an eye for an eye kinda guy so I would personally go with option 2 if he really owns a pizza shop.

Hahaha I like your thinking

While I don't know him, as well as transactions were going for him, to suddenly turn sour; something is going on. He may have had a stroke, may have gone insane, bit by a snake, struck by lightning, fell down a well, got run over by a cement truck, been kidnapped, abducted by space aliens, etc. Who knows? Somebody who has had as many good transactions as he has, to suddenly go bad is highly unlikely.
problem is, facts are it's happening

^^I agree. I went back and looked at a few of his posts and there are times when people are asking if he shipped something and he says yes.....then he goes and tells someone else its still available. On top of that he's giving false tracking numbers. This isn't a case of someone who made a simple mistake....he's obviously doing this crap on purpose. You don't have multiple people complaining about the same thing unless its intentional. I wasn't burned by him and never had any dealings with him either but I just have a deep down hatred for any person that steals from hard working people. Plus he creates a lot of skepticism for future transactions from honest people. Does anyone know if he's on Reef Central. I personally don't care much for that forum but I would like to help get the word out if he's doing the same thing there.

Let's just say for a second that his son was in a car accident.....would that make you give out fake tracking numbers to more than one person? Would that also make you sell the same item to multiple people? If he has the time to send a message on here about his son then he has the time to click the refund button in PayPal. This guy is a scumbag and anyone that believes what he says is naive.

Same thing happen to me on another board..

Never ask to be paid or pay with paypal gift. If I sale something I pay the fees straight out in paypal rules for one thing. When I pay if someone is asking for gift I will pay the fees. The gift option is just that you are gifting the money and you will not be protected by paypal.

Sad to hear this thread went to H..L.
Never had any problems with Nick and I did bought a lot from him even a few GB's.
Hope every one will be taken care of some way or the other.
Still can't believe Nick is a guy like that, than again of course you never know.
I'm sure R2R is watching every step he's doing even the IP address, he can be reading this under a different member.
So give him the time and let Nick follow his heart as Christian and he'll do what ever is right.

All this happened months ago. I think his heart is heading straight to the bank with our cash.
