Eel ID?

Can anyone tell me what kind of eel I have, I was told it is a dwarf golden moray eel, but the coloration is quite different from any dwarf golden tht I’ve ever seen.

Looks like a golden to me, sometimes when sea creatures are juveniles they have a different pattern than that of an adult . Many golden morays I've seen have black speckles, however, they may develop later. I am no sure about this, would love for someone to confirm my suspicion.

Also after some additional research, it seems many golden possess little to no spots. May just be the traits it inherited.

Anyone good with eel ID, I don’t he would be this small if he was a canary eel but he just looks different than a dwarf golden moray.

He does seem brighter than ... well, just about any other golden dwarf I've ever seen ... but that "cat-eye" look to the iris of his eyes just about screams "golden dwarf" to me.

Im starting to think he's a pretty rare guy. He a great addition to the collection.
