I recently had to break down my 75 Gallon FOWLR because i am expecting my first child But i did not want to leave the hobby entirely so i decided to keep my first addition to the tank.. my banded moray eel Hades and since then i have dedicated an entire tank just for him because i love this guy that much i have no idea why but i even turned it into a mixed sort of reef tank filled with easy/hardy corals. Does anyone else have something like that if so i would like to see! ** second video is a feeding video**

Definately wouldn't say it's weird. How's the eel going with corals?

I don't feel its weird at all. I had a yellow head moray eel in with my reef tank for a long time. I had to keep larger fish but also found as long as he was fed his daily silver side he was happy not to touch my other fish :)

He is doing good! He will occassionally poke his head out touching a coral but i glued all those frags so he wont knock them over. And i have a skimmer rated for twice the size of the tank along with daily water changes and everything seems to do well. Polyps extend everyday for every coral and my eel gets fed daily (:

I keep a white ribbon in my 125 mixed reef.
