Eel Tankmates?

Hello, I still haven't started my tank, still getting everything I need to start it off right.
Was wondering what were your thoughts on Snowflake Eels on a 75 gallon system and what tankmates would you keep with them?

I am aware that with an Eel in the tank, it would limit the amount of fish I could have, and thats okay with me.

Keep all the fish you want but realize that any fish could possibly become a meal. Decrease this likelihood by keeping him well fed.

I've also found that adding the eel after any other fish lowers the risk of the eel eating fish.

Most fish that are appropriate for a 75g would be fine. Hawkfish, wrasses, basslets, starry blenny, damsels, etc.
