Just saw the butterfly take a chunk out of one of the leather trees before doing the the same to a mexican turbo. I guess the first isn't too surprising but the second does.

Otherwise all is good though. Absolutely no algae these days and all the fish seem healthy. The mushrooms and GSP are growing too.

The butterfly has gone a bit weird. I saw it harass one of my brittle stars. despite the brittle being much bigger. Also its attcaked a few more snails. Two of which I have now removed and put in the sump. Of all the fish in this tank this is maybe the last one I'd expect to attack my inverts.

Been a while so here’s an update. The banded eel has been eating better and I’m happy with the health of everything.

Is there a little bit of head pinching in that photo for the Regal? In your following photos it doesn’t seem to have it? Maybe it’s just me or the camera angle

Its at an angle I think. I should have kept trying really but I was too excited by the much better swallowtail pictures. I need to do like @i cant think and get comparison shots from when I just got some of my fish, especially the regal soon.

Yeah you do!
After seeing my regal now vs then it’s shocking… I never thought 6 months would do anything to that fish. It doesn’t seem she’s grown much but I could be wrong as I’ve not seen her from that side in a while.

Absolutely perfect! Me and my fellow introverts love this video. Though it did bring me PTSD from the bachelor party I was recently at. Saying that Ryan did miss out the best part about bars which is the long lines to just get into them. Like having to cue for hell.

So differences I see are that she has gained blue in the dorsal fin and that the band in the dorsal has disconnected from the former band. Some nice growth to.

So the good news is the banded is eating well again!
There’s also been another housing swap. The moray has taken the bigger gobies hole. The goby then went and dug a couple new burrows. One of which buried the goldspot. Also by some miracle there is a living hermit crab in the tank!
