Beautiful coris. Nice looking flame.

But the eels are sweet!
Used to be that eel would come out to eat and then sleep in its hole for 2 weeks. Now it’s out like half the time even when recently fed. Certainly far more active than any moray eel I’ve known. Just wish it was prettier :face-with-tears-of-joy:

My experience with eels, once they know nothing will pick at them. They only return to den for actual sleep.

But, i never kept the huge species that weight over 1 lb....
What does a full grown ribbon weigh? :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Well @Dr. Reef thanks for the healthy fish and for including an extra!!

I released the second coris as the first wasn’t being bullied. Time will tell if they continue to get along.

Your bad guys are so fun!
I need my own series with a lot of villains to name them after :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Update: The two wrasse got along yesterday but not today. The smaller one is a bit beat up and underweight and is now in my peaceful tank. Probably not its permanent home but a good place for it to recover before I find another home for it.

Really should be called the galaxy wrasse.
I did a thing

it’s the perfect name!! Scientists should be more creative.
They sometimes go a bit whacky like with Halichoeres bivittatus!
